Greetings Ohio/Kentucky Ferrari Chapter Members and Friends...
As Winter continues to linger on we can only day dream of those warm
and sunny Spring days that are so close! To get you excited about
this upcoming driving season we have already got a very
comprehensive calander of events lined up with still a few more
being planned! Don't sit still! Mark your calanders with those
favorite events you'd like to attend so you dont miss them.
If you have a great idea for an event or would like to host
one please reach out to your local representative for
assistance. Through our new leadership at the Central States
Region we can look forward to some yet unnanounced regional
events, not to mention some events celebrating the 75th
anniversary of Ferrari! It's going to be a busy Summer so right now
is a great time to make an appointment at one of our Sponsors to
get the Spring service scheduled for you Ferrari! Depending where
you live odds are you are close to one of them. Evans Automotive,
Midwestern Auto Group and NJB Automotine are all in the Columbus Area.
North Coast Automotive is in Cleveland and Maserati of Cincinnati is
in Cincinnati. If your looking for another Ferrari for the Summer cruising

Greetings Ohio Ferrari Chapter Members and Friends...
As we look forward to another new year I'm sure you're as full of
optimism and hope as I am that we will have a season full of
great Ohio Chapter events. Considering the myriad of other non-Ferrari
events we're always attending too, I'm looking forward to a fun Summer!
We must all continue to be safe, if not for ourselves then for others.
Social distancing and mask wearing will still be the norm for a while so
let's see your creativity on those Ferrari themed masks! As always, I'll update
the calendar of events here as well as on facebook in addition to the
monthly updates you'll get from your local representatives. This years Annual
Meet will celebrate our 20th Anniversary so the event will be a little different...
stand by for details as the plans have been in the works for months already.
We still have a little bit of Winter to get through but at least we're on the downside
and the days are getting noticeably longer!

Attention Ohio Ferrari Chapter Members & Friends...
Here are some updates for you calendars, keeping in mind dates are subject to change.
All events scheduled during April and May have been cancelled. Our Cauley Ferrari/Lingenfelter Open House scheduled for May 9 is being reviewed for re-scheduling. The May 17 Spring Drive is being reviewed for possible re-scheduling in October. The May 23 Iron Horse Rally has been re-scheduled for August 22 with a backup date of October 31. The June 14 Ault Park Concours has been cancelled for 2020. Our June 19-21 Heaven in the Midwest French Lick Indiana Rally has been re-scheduled to October 2-4. The National FCA Annual Experience in Mont Tremblant originally scheduled for this July has been postponed to July 23-27, 2022. Our annual PDX at Mid-Ohio scheduled for August 7 has been cancelled and we hope to re-schedule.
Upcoming events to anticipate are our annual Quaker Steak & Lube Rally/lunch in October. Two other events to look forward to hosted by Kurt Niemeyer are the Spring Classic Driving Tour tentatively scheduled for October 10 and the Wings and Wheels at the War Bird Museum on October 24. Further information on these can be obtained from Kurt by emailing him at kurt@sportscarpreservationltd.com. Some other suprises are in development for the rest of this years driving season so there will be pleanty of fun events to keep everyone occupied.

Saluti Ohio Chapter FCA Members.....
In these trying times we find that we must cancel all events scheduled during the month of April and May. Please make special note that the Ferrari Challenge Races in Indianapolis have been CANCELLED!
Please watch for postponed dates for some of these events as Fall will most certainly be a busy time and not all events may be able to be re-scheduled.
Please stay healthy and well during these trying times as we look forward to a Summer filled with the roar of Ferrari's!

I would like to thank David Bitonte for the many years spent being an Akron/Canton area representative, planning/hosting the events and drives. It has been a pleasure for me to work with David over the years and I thank you for the time devoted to help the Ohio FCA be such a welcoming club. He has decided to take a break from the position but will still be an active member in our club.

Update #3 within our Ohio Chapter Ferrari Club.
I started this scenic drive in 2007 with the Ohio FCA club as treasurer for 8 years, spent time as the 2016 International Meet treasurer and the past 4 years as the Ferrari Club of America-Ohio Chapter president. I have met and been surrounded by an incredible group of people that have made this journey one that I will always remember.
There are so many people that I need to thank, our sponsors, our representatives, our treasurer, our members, way too many too list.
I want to point out a few that have been the most influential and memorable to me. Bob Miller for starting me down this road, without him…..none of this would have happened for me, Michael Kelly for being a great friend and advisor along the way, both gentlemen have helped guide me and I will always be grateful to them.
I especially want to thank my wife Michelle & my son Jonathan for all the support they have provided me on this journey & subsidizing this Ferrari addiction I have….

I would like to announce Aric Hersh as our 2020 Ohio Chapter-FCA President:
We have been working over the past year with Aric Hersh our current Lima area representative, a 21+ year Ohio FCA member, who has attended FCA events nationwide, organized many Ohio FCA events, including the 2016 International Meet Rally and the latest Off the Beaten Path WV trip.
He is always looking for ways to help others first and loves the Ferrari brand which is why under Aric’s leadership our club will continue to expand. Please give Aric all the support and help you have provided me over the last four years.
